These details describe the current Secrets of Clay online shop. Contact the studio before purchasing if anything about an item or pickup is unclear.
Prices, tax & payment
- All prices and payments are in Canadian dollars.
- Nova Scotia HST is added to taxable shop purchases at checkout.
- Payments are processed on Square's secure hosted checkout. Secrets of Clay does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
Studio pickup
- Online shop orders are pickup only. Shipping is not currently offered.
- Pickup is free at 72 Gary Martin Drive, Unit 110, Bedford, Nova Scotia.
- The studio will use the name and phone number supplied at checkout to coordinate pickup.
Cancellations, problems & refunds
Contact the studio promptly if you need to request a cancellation or if an item is damaged or not as described. Requests are reviewed by the studio based on the order's status and circumstances. Any approved payment refund is returned through Square to the original payment method.
Privacy
Secrets of Clay uses order, booking, contact, and pickup information to process purchases, reserve sessions, confirm payment, arrange pickup, provide support, prevent duplicate transactions, and maintain business records. Square processes payment and appointment information. The website and its transaction records are hosted using Vercel and Supabase. Transactional email delivery may be handled by Resend. Information may also be retained where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Gift cards
Online gift cards are purchased through the hosted gift-card checkout. The website does not collect gift-card payment directly, so issuance, recipient delivery, balance tracking, and redemption stay connected to the studio account.
